The Chariot brings competing forces under one direction. Progress depends less on raw speed than on coordinating motives, limits, and effort around a destination that has actually been chosen.
Upright, The Chariot marks a phase when decision and sustained effort can overcome friction. The driver does not wait for every motive to become identical; the task is to give them a route and keep correction possible while movement continues.
Victory is contextual. Reaching a target can be meaningful, but a win achieved by exhausting the people or resources needed afterward may be poorly directed. The card asks what must remain intact at the destination.
Practical adviceChoose the destination, align the forces that must carry it, and measure progress against the route rather than the noise.
