Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2, 2026
Use TarotPro as a reflection tool, not as a guarantee or substitute for professional advice.
Operator and governing terms
TarotPro is an independently operated online service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@tarotpro.ai.
Reflection, not professional advice
Tarot readings are interpretive prompts. They do not establish facts, guarantee an outcome, reveal another person's private thoughts, or replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other qualified professional advice. Do not delay urgent help or make a high-consequence decision solely because of a reading.
Free readings, quotas, and availability
Guest one-card readings can be used without an account or payment. Three Card, Love, and three-card Yes/No require a free account. TarotPro may apply visitor, account, network, rate, verification, and capacity controls. It may reject high-risk or unsafe input, pause AI generation, return a rules-based fallback, or temporarily make a feature unavailable. A displayed quota is not a promise of permanent availability.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- automate requests, evade quotas or verification, or rotate identities to consume disproportionate resources;
- probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, accounts, data, or infrastructure;
- submit malicious code, unlawful material, another person's confidential data, or sensitive information you lack authority to use;
- misrepresent a reading as verified professional advice, evidence, or a guaranteed prediction.
AI output and user responsibility
Configured AI services can produce incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect language. The selected cards are fixed before interpretation, but the prose remains generated output. You are responsible for comparing it with reliable evidence and for every decision you make.
Accounts and saved readings
An account is optional for guest one-card readings and required for the three protected spread types. You are responsible for access to your configured authentication method. Saved readings are disabled in this release; dormant interfaces do not create a promise that a saved record exists or that reading history will be retained.
Sponsored links and third-party services
A clearly labeled sponsored link may lead to an independent service and may generate a commission for TarotPro. Partner prices, terms, eligibility, service quality, privacy, cancellation, and availability are controlled by that partner. TarotPro does not alter a free card draw or interpretation based on whether you click or buy.
Artwork, content, and names
The reviewed 1910 Pamela Colman Smith card faces are public-domain artwork in the United States and United Kingdom. TarotPro's interface, original geometric assets, software, and editorial text are separate. Rider-Waite-Smith terminology is used descriptively; TarotPro is independent and does not claim affiliation with a modern deck publisher. Do not use TarotPro branding to imply endorsement or operate a deceptive copy of the service.
No guarantees
To the extent permitted by the law that ultimately applies, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, error-free output, fitness for a particular decision, or any specific personal or commercial result. Mandatory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
